Grit location but poor service. Our room leaked, no apologies or discounts. Whole night spoilt. Next day wasted time packing & unpacking to go to a different room. A compensation & apology wud have been easier on us. 2nd room’ lock was not working. Blunt talk by d resorption, no customer satisfaction importance. They honestly returned my wallet that i’d forgotten at reception, when i went bk. Very bad communication skills & flexibility from d staff

Property location needs to be improved. We faced difficulty to find property because property is connected with a very narrow lane (with very low light. Food quality is impressive. Services are also good.

Stay was normal. Swimming pool timing is poor. It should be till 9. 30 pm and from 6 am in morning. Food was good and reasonable.

Not worth it at all compared the other places we saw nesrby. Food below average. Not at all kids friendly. No indoor games. Restaurant manager does not have mannerd to speak to the customers. Security and reception were in deep sleep at 1am when we came from noah. Pool has very concentrated chlorine water hardly anyone can stay in pool for 10min. Lot of mosquitoes. No privacy at all for pool view as the door itself is the sliding window so someone wants to go out and other person changing clothes inside can be seen to entire people walking near pool

Breathtaking resort & location. Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Rooms is clean with all facilities pool is very nice.Close to beach and many famous party place for beach side u can chill.. we had good time......................
